Ingredients
- 150 grams tuna steak
- 1clove garlic, crushed and fried
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp dehydrated garlic
- 1/2 tsp Mt Zero Pink Lake Salt with Sea Kelp
- 1 tbsp Braggs all-purpose seasoning
- dash paprika
- 1 tbsp melted butter
Lemon Butter sauce
- lemon juice
- butter
- salt
- parsley
Directions
- Crush and fry garlic lightly then set aside
- Mix together lemon juice, garlic salt, seasoning, paprika and butter.
- Marinate tuna in mixture for few minutes, turning both sides from time to time.
- Prepare lemon and butter sauce by adding all ingredients in quantities to suit and taste to a pan and melting together, set aside
- Over hot charcoal, grill the fish 5 minutes or until done on both sides.
- Baste tuna with marinade all over while cooking
- Remove from heat and serve with lemon and butter sauce. Sprinkle with fried garlic for the finale then serve.
