Grilled Tuna with Lemon-Butter Sauce

  • 150 grams tuna steak
  • 1clove garlic, crushed and fried
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp dehydrated garlic
  • 1/2 tsp Mt Zero Pink Lake Salt with Sea Kelp
  • 1 tbsp Braggs all-purpose seasoning
  • dash paprika
  • 1 tbsp melted butter

Lemon Butter sauce

  • lemon juice
  • butter
  • salt
  • parsley


  1. Crush and fry garlic lightly then set aside
  2. Mix together lemon juice, garlic salt, seasoning, paprika and butter.
  3. Marinate tuna in mixture for few minutes, turning both sides from time to time.
  4. Prepare lemon and butter sauce by adding all ingredients in quantities to suit and taste to a pan and melting together, set aside
  5. Over hot charcoal, grill the fish 5 minutes or until done on both sides.
  6. Baste tuna with marinade all over while cooking
  7. Remove from heat and serve with lemon and butter sauce. Sprinkle with fried garlic for the finale then serve.
