This Fish smoked salmon is a certified organic frozen product from Scotland. The salmon are sustainably farmed in the clean remote seas of Scotland to become naturally strong and healthy. From harvest, the salmon fillets are delicately hand cured with salt and brown sugar, smoked over wood chips from well managed and sustainable resources. The result of this unique integration of rearing and processing is a culinary delicacy with an extraordinary quality, appearance, aroma and flavour.
Once thawed, you can store in the refrigerator and can use within 4 days of opening. Comes already sliced.
