At Taluca Park, their hens are free to roam on fresh green biodynamic pasture all day long with the protection of their Mareemma dogs.
​Taluca Park Free Range utilise rotational grazing practices; relocating their birds on a weekly basis onto fresh pasture, where they can scratch and peck for worms, dust bath and roam free. They never have more than 24 chickens to an acre.  ​
Taluca Park owners Frank and Annemarie Vigilante practice an ethical approach to sustainable farming to ensure their animals all lead a happy and healthy life on their farm. Their farm is located at Exeter in the Southern Highlands NSW.
