Unlike most other mussel producers, Spring Bay’s mussels are grown in deep, oceanic, nutrient-rich waters in some of the most precious and pristine seawaters in the world! Their plump and tender mussels have a pure deep-sea flavour that are clean and nutritious. They have the ability to grow large mussels up to 100mm in length with dark shells that allow for beautiful presentation on any plate.
Please note that these Spring Bay mussels may be substituted for Kinkawooka or Jervis Bay mussels should Spring Bay not be available
Order cut-off for this product is Wednesdays 10pm for pickup your choice of time within the hours Friday noon – 6pm or Saturday 9am – 1pm.
