This box of all certified organic vegetables would be best suited to families of 4 or more who eat moderate amounts of vegetables or for large families of 6 or more people who need a top up of vegetables to add to their mixed fruit and vegetable box. If you would find this too much for you in a week you may want to subscribe fortnightly instead of weekly as this produce, if stored correctly, will easily stay fresh for two weeks. This box includes 14-20 varieties of vegetables. The varieties and quantities will vary due to the seasonal availability and price variability of fruit and vegetables throughout the year. This box will always include staples subject to what is available within each season such us salad greens, tomato, cucumber, broccoli, cauliflower, carrot, zucchini, mushrooms, potatoes, pumpkin and onion plus some additional varieties that will vary from week to week. We strive to select the varieties that are in season so we can supply you with the freshest and best organic produce on the market. If there are any vegetables that you or a family member have allergies to or any that you simply won’t eat then please use the comments box to let us know and we will swap out that item for a fruit or vegetable that you love instead.
