Buttered Corn and Carrots Recipe

Ingredients
  • 350g jar of sweet corn or kernels removed from 1-2 fresh corn ears
  • 1 medium carrot, cut into small cubes
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 small onion (chopped)
  • salt ground pepper

Directions

  1. In a frying pan, melt butter in medium heat.
  2. Add the carrot cubes and cook for 1-2 minutes.
  3. Add onion, corn, salt and pepper. Cook for another 2 minutes.

Pre-orders for seafood for this Friday/Saturday have now closed sorry.

If you missed out on pre-ordering, seafood will be available in store Friday 29th December 9:30am – 5:30pm and Saturday 30th December 9am – 4pm  (WHILST STOCKS LAST)

We will be closed this Sunday 31st December and then back open again our usual hours from next Tuesday 2 January 2024.
